How clients agree to receive text messages
Agencies that use UnaCasePro can text their clients about appointments and case services. This page explains how clients agree to receive those messages.
Clients opt in during intake with their case manager, either in person or by phone. Before any text is sent, the case manager reads the consent statement below and asks whether the client agrees. If the client says yes, the case manager records their mobile number and consent in UnaCasePro. Clients who don't agree won't receive texts.
Agreeing to receive texts is not required to receive services.
"Do you agree to receive text messages from UnaCasePro about your appointments and case services? Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help or STOP to opt out at any time."
The case manager records consent by checking Send Notifications on the client's record in UnaCasePro. Texts are sent only to clients with this box checked.
Appointment reminders, missed appointment notices, and requests to call their case manager. We don't send marketing messages.
Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. Reply HELP for help, or email support@unacasepro.com.
